Todd Murray
comedians in demand: co-founder
Todd is the Founder and CEO of The Gaybors Group, which oversees Gaybors Agency, Drag in Demand, Comedians in Demand, Music in Demand, and Drag Trips. A proud and unapologetic member of the LGBTQ+ community, Todd has dedicated his career to advocacy and to building platforms that create visibility, opportunity and lasting impact for the community he proudly calls home.
His journey began over two decades ago with the founding of Hope’s Voice, a groundbreaking agency that brought LGBTQ+ voices, perspectives and conversations to college and university campuses across the country. He later founded Gaybors Agency, now the largest LGBTQ+ creator agency in the United States, empowering and creating opportunities for LGBTQ+ creators — affectionately known as “Gaybors.”
Todd’s love of the arts, especially the art of drag, led to the creation of Drag in Demand, a global agency that celebrates LGBTQ+ artists while ensuring LGBTQ+ dollars stay where they belong—in the gayborhood. Supported by a growing team of Drag in Demand Directors around the world, Drag in Demand is more than an agency — it’s a movement rooted in visibility, inclusion and the power of queer creativity.
Todd knows that with power and privilege comes responsibility. Whether through national campaigns, creator partnerships, event or trip bookings, every transaction at The Gaybors Group contributes to the Gaybors Fund, which supports grassroots nonprofits, nominated by creators and talent, doing life-saving work in LGBTQ+ communities.

our
commitment
gaybors fund
Grassroot nonprofits are the heartbeat of the gayborhood. These smaller organizations do vital, on-the-ground work, yet frequently struggle to access the working capital, grants and program funding needed to sustain their impact—and sometimes even to keep their doors open.
The Gaybors Fund is here to help bridge the gap.
